Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding

Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding is a smallish keyboard with Pudding keys, a German layout and ARGB lighting. It works flawlessly and wirelessly, so you can type from a comfy sofa – just the way you like it.

We designed the keyboard so that it can support you in every situation. Its reinforced chassis with PBT Double Shot keycaps is ready for a zombie apocalypse, and it hides Kailh Box Red switches underneath. Those fire-red switches’ lifespan is estimated at up to 70 million key presses. On top of that you have hhot-swap, an option to replace switches for real pros. The keyboard supports any 3- or 5-pin model, so you have plenty of options to choose from. But are you sure you want to give up on Reds? ;)

We looked at the keyboard and said “off with its head numpad“ (hence the TKL in its name). Thanks to this, Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding is small and leaves plenty of extra space for sweeping movements with the mouse. For your convenience, we designed the keyboard such that it is possible for you to connect the cable in one of three directions. Each allows you to arrange the cable comfortably – for instance, closer to grommets or the edge of your desk.

The keyboard works with computers, tablets and smartphones via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz technology. It also comes with a USB-C cable, which will allow you to charge the keyboard if it runs out of juice. What’s more – the gear is ready to work while charging. It’s up to you whether you want to take a break or keep working.

With the Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding, you start off with the dessert. Its highlighted keys look like little pudding cups – they look cute and dainty, but actually, they’re pretty hardcore. We made sure they went through a true trial by fire typing.

This is thanks to PBT keycaps that we manufactured with the Double Shot technology. During this process, the keycap mold is injected with two variants of a resilient and wear-resistant material. This means the keys do not get worn out, and their milky-white part (hence the name Pudding) is permeable to ARGB lighting.

On top of that, you can remove the keycaps at any time. The bottom of the keyboard houses a handy tool for their removal.

If keyboards ever formed a boy band, Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding would be the athletic guy flexing in the foreground of every music video. It sure does have impressive muscle switches to show off – namely Kailh Box Red- switches under every key, a team to help out every tough guy and gal.

Kailh Box Red are linear-type switches – dedicated for situations where you have to react immediately while applying little pressure. Compared to Kailh Red switches, the Box version has additional reinforcement added to the stem structure, so you can tap away (up to 70 million times) without worrying that something is about to break under your fingers. They also offer extra stability for the keys and excellent protection from dust.

In addition, Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding offers an option for some real PROs – it allows for hot-swapping, i.e. simple replacement of switches. The keyboard is compatible with 3- and 5-pin switches, so it works with most models available on the market.

We equipped it with a chassis with an aluminum top – a defender that bravely protects the keyboard from scratches and rage quits. The keyboard’s construction is resistant to damage and... also very rigid! It grips the desk pretty well and doesn’t move around, even when used for a long time. It looks pretty alright, too – embossed patterns on the bottom and ARGB lighting give it a sharp visual style.

You can backlight each of the 61 keys with a different color, change the hue of the most important keys or set the same effect for an entire panel. You can do it via the software included, or with the keyboard itself.

For your convenience, we equipped Thock TKL Wireless DE Kailh Box Red Pudding with adjustable legs. They’ll let you set up your keyboard with one of three support heights. Choose whichever you like best.
