Refund policy

Return Policy

Effective from: 1 July 2026

This Policy defines the rules for returning products purchased in the ENDORFY online store operated by COOLING B2C sp. z o.o.

For the convenience of our Customers, we offer:

  • the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers and entrepreneurs exercising consumer rights in accordance with applicable law;
  • the voluntary ENDORFY 30-Day Return Programme, which constitutes an additional right granted by the Seller.

The 30-Day Return Programme constitutes an additional right granted by the Seller and does not limit or exclude the rights available to Consumers and entrepreneurs exercising consumer rights under applicable law.

Part I: Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Who may exercise this right

The right of withdrawal is available to a consumer and to an entrepreneur exercising consumer rights, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

Time limit

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry.

How to withdraw from the contract

  1. To withdraw from the contract, you must submit an unequivocal statement to the Seller.
  2. The statement may be sent:
    • by email to: sklep@endorfy.com;
    • via the contact form available on the Store's website;
    • in writing to the Seller's registered office address.
  3. The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form constituting Annex No. 1 to this Policy, although this is not mandatory.

Returning the product

  1. After withdrawal, the product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.
  2. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the parcel before its expiry.
  3. Returns should be sent to:

    COOLING B2C sp. z o.o.
    ul. Sokołowska 24
    05-806 Sokołów, Poland

Condition of the product

You have the right to unpack and inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as would be possible in a physical store.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If diminished value is found, the Seller may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Where possible, please return the product in its original packaging, although the absence of original packaging does not affect the validity of the withdrawal.

Refund of payment

  1. Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
  2. If the Consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method.
  3. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different method.
  4. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
  5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of its return is provided — whichever occurs first.
  6. The refund will be made without any additional charges to the Consumer.

Cost of return

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer. If the Seller provides a free return label or covers the cost of return as part of a current offer, the relevant information will be communicated to the Consumer when submitting the return request.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply exclusively in the cases specified in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act. In particular, this applies to:

  • products made to the Customer's individual specifications;
  • products supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
  • other cases provided for by law.

Part II: Voluntary 30-Day Return Programme

  1. Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal described in Part I of this Policy, the Seller offers Customers the option to use the voluntary 30-Day Return Programme.
  2. The 30-Day Return Programme constitutes an additional, voluntary benefit provided by the Seller and does not limit or exclude the rights available to Consumers and entrepreneurs exercising consumer rights under applicable law.
  3. The 30-Day Return Programme may be used within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for using the Programme

  1. Under the 30-Day Return Programme, a product may be returned if it:
    • is in a condition allowing it to be resold as a full-value product;
    • shows no signs of use beyond ordinary inspection of the product;
    • is complete and includes all items delivered by the Seller, in particular accessories, cables, instructions and other accessories;
    • has its original packaging enabling safe transport.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a return under the 30-Day Return Programme if the product:
    • has been damaged by the Customer;
    • is incomplete;
    • shows signs of use beyond ordinary inspection of the product;
    • does not meet the conditions set out in para. 1.
  3. The 30-Day Return Programme does not cover products made to the Customer's individual order or products that, by their nature or under applicable law, cannot be covered by a voluntary return programme.

Return procedure

  1. To use the 30-Day Return Programme, the Customer should contact the Seller before returning the product at: sklep@endorfy.com
  2. Upon receipt of the request, the Seller will provide the Customer with instructions regarding the further return procedure.
  3. If the Seller provides a return label, the Customer should use it in accordance with the instructions provided.
  4. Products returned without prior notification may not be covered by the 30-Day Return Programme. This provision does not apply to the statutory right of withdrawal described in Part I of this Policy.
  5. The product must be adequately protected for transport. The Seller is not liable for damage occurring during transport resulting from inadequate packaging by the Customer.

Processing the return

  1. Upon receipt of the product, the Seller will verify whether it meets the conditions of the 30-Day Return Programme.
  2. The Customer will be notified of the result of the verification by email.
  3. If the verification is successful, the Seller will refund the price of the product using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.
  4. The refund will be made no later than 10 business days from the date of acceptance of the return under the 30-Day Return Programme.
  5. The time for the funds to appear in the Customer's account depends on the rules of the payment operator or the bank holding the Customer's account.

    • gift cards;
    • products made to the Customer's individual specifications;
    • products that have been permanently combined with other items after delivery in a way that prevents resale;
