How do you choose the ideal chair for a gaming desk? It is a process that requires analyzing individual needs and sitting habits. Since you already know the key aspects of ergonomics and adjustment, let's focus on subtler differences and factors related to body build and lifestyle.

The most important thing is for the chair to match the user's weight and height, not just the design. The seat should be neither too wide (which can make it difficult to use the armrests and maintain natural support) nor too narrow (which can put pressure on the thighs). The knees should sit slightly behind the edge of the seat to allow unrestricted blood flow. Ideally, the backrest should be high enough to fully support the back, shoulders, and head. If it is too low, it does not provide appropriate neck positioning when reclining.

Always check the maximum load and recommended height range specified by the manufacturer so the mechanisms and gas lift can operate reliably for many years.
