Payment methods
Effective from: 1 July 2026
This page provides information about the currently available payment methods in the ENDORFY online store operated by COOLING B2C sp. z o.o.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the delivery country, currency and type of order placed.
Poland
Customers placing orders with delivery to Poland can pay via the Tpay payment operator.
Currently available payment methods include:
- Visa and Mastercard payment cards;
- BLIK;
- fast online bank transfers processed by Tpay.
Availability of individual methods may depend on the settings of the Customer's bank or payment operator.
Other countries
Customers placing orders with delivery outside Poland pay via Shopify Payments.
Depending on the delivery country, available methods may include:
- Visa payment cards;
- Mastercard;
- American Express;
- PayPal;
- local payment methods provided by Shopify Payments.
The list of available payment methods is displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the country, currency and device used by the Customer.
Payment security
All payments are processed through professional payment service providers using encrypted connections and security mechanisms employed by payment operators.
The ENDORFY store does not store full payment card numbers or CVV/CVC security codes. The data necessary to process a payment is handled by payment operators in accordance with applicable law and their own terms and privacy policies.
When is payment charged?
For electronic payments, the charge is made at the time the order is placed and the transaction is successfully authorised.
Order fulfilment begins upon receipt of payment confirmation from the payment operator.
If authorisation fails or payment is not received, the order will not be accepted for processing.
If an order is cancelled before fulfilment, the payment will be refunded in accordance with the rules set out in the Store Terms of Service and applicable law.
Currencies
The currency in which payment is made is displayed to the Customer before placing the order and depends on the delivery country and the version of the Store selected.
For card payments, the Customer's bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and charge fees in accordance with its schedule of fees and commissions.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract or an accepted complaint, the refund is made using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.
The refund timeframe is governed by applicable law, the Store Terms of Service and the Withdrawal Policy and 30-Day Return Programme.
Payment operators
Payments are processed by third-party payment operators. The Store currently uses the following operators:
- Tpay – for orders with delivery to Poland;
- Shopify Payments – for international orders.
