The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused during use, such as broken keyboard feet, a damaged headphone headband, cut or damaged cables, or cracks in the housing. This type of damage is excluded from warranty service under the applicable warranty terms.

Claim shipments must be sent directly to the service address provided in the instructions you receive after your claim is submitted. The service center does not accept packages sent to parcel lockers, automated parcel machines, or pickup points, and shipments cannot be sent cash on delivery. The package must also be clearly marked with the claim number as specified in the instructions — missing this label may prevent proper identification.

You can file a claim either with the retailer or directly with ENDORFY service. We recommend filing directly, since it eliminates the retailer as an intermediary along with the extra paperwork and product handoffs between parties that involves. This way, your shipment goes straight to the service center, communication moves faster, and the whole process can be shortened. You'll receive detailed information about how to ship your item and any potential costs once your claim has been reviewed.

Package the product securely and clearly mark the box with the claim number provided by the service center. Be sure to include all components and accessories needed to reproduce the reported issue and perform a complete diagnosis. Please don't include original documents or any other items the service center hasn't requested.
