Shipping Policy

Effective from: 1 July 2026

This page provides information about the available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated order processing times for orders placed in the ENDORFY online store operated by COOLING B2C sp. z o.o.

Available delivery methods and their costs may vary depending on the delivery country, order value and type of products ordered.

Poland

Orders in Poland are shipped via InPost — parcel locker or courier delivery available.

Shipping cost

  • Orders with a value below PLN 100 (incl. VAT)PLN 15 (incl. VAT)
  • Orders with a value from PLN 100 (incl. VAT)free shipping

The shipping cost is displayed to the Customer before placing the order.

Other countries

International orders are shipped via DPD. Free shipping is not available unless the terms of a current promotion state otherwise.

We currently ship to European Union countries as well as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The list of supported countries may change.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Order processing

Order processing begins upon confirmation of payment receipt by the payment operator. The standard time to prepare an order for dispatch is:

  • Poland: 1–2 business days;
  • International orders: 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Poland: usually 1 business day;
  • Other countries: usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery country.

The times given are estimates and refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended due to reasons beyond the Seller's control, in particular carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions or other random events.

Receipt of parcel

We recommend inspecting the parcel upon receipt. If the packaging shows signs of damage or there is reason to suspect the product was damaged during transit, we recommend drawing up a damage report with the carrier and contacting the Seller without delay.

Taking the above steps facilitates the resolution of the matter with the carrier and speeds up the processing of the claim; however, failure to do so does not affect the Customer's rights under applicable law.

Failed delivery

If the parcel is not collected by the Customer or is returned to the Seller for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Seller will contact the Customer to agree on how to proceed with the order. Re-shipment may require payment of the shipping cost again.

Risk of accidental loss or damage

In the case of sales to Consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer at the moment the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Carriers

Orders are currently fulfilled using the services of the following carriers:

  • InPost – domestic shipments;
  • DPD – international shipments.

The list of carriers used may change.
