And that’s exactly what Solum is. It delivers richly nuanced sound without background noise – just as if you and your interlocutors had closed yourselves in a well-soundproofed room.
This is thanks to the cardioid pattern, which picks up voice only from the front of the microphone. A pop filter — an external mesh that blocks so-called plosive consonants — ensures its clarity. We’ve also added a shock mount that isolates the microphone from external shocks even if you accidentally hit the desk with your hand.
