Solum Streaming

The Solum Streaming is a microphone for, well, streaming. With sound so impressively hjuicy, you might just need an apron. Your audience will feel like you’re sitting right next to them from the very first “Hello!” and background noise won’t be a problem anymore thanks to its cardioid characteristic. With the mute button on the top, you’re always in control.

The Solum Streaming arrives with a stable arm mount with the cable hidden inside – frees up space where it matters most to help you keep your setup tidy. It also has a mesh pop-filter to fight against explosive consonants, its installation quick and easy. And third, an anti-shock mount – to further protect the cleanliness of your audio from the vibrations carried through the desk.

When you have a lot to say, you understandably spend a significant chunk of your life recording. And with a schedule so packed, there’s no time for multiple takes – so you need assistant that’ll deliver a high-quality sound. The Solum Streaming is your safe bet.

That’s thanks to the hcardioid characteristics – it picks up sound only in the front of the microphone. Additional clarity points are added through the included pop filter, an external panel of mesh that blocks the “explosive” consonants such as “P” and “B”. We also added an anti-shock mount that helps isolate the microphone from the vibrations carried through the desk whenever you slap it in anger.

If you like to keep things tidy (or work on a desktop the size of a board game), you’ll appreciate any tricks that save up space. Such is the long arm of the law Solum Streaming – it takes the mic off the desk, leaving room for more important things.

The Solum Streaming’s arm had a long reach (90 cm) and three joints for easy adjustability, allowing you to position your mic where it suits you best. Oh, and we hid the cable inside of the arm already too, so you don’t have to. You’re welcome!

Simply use the built-in mute button. The red backlight will let you know when you’re off-air. 

Our designers deliberately placed the mute button at the bottom of the microphone, so you won’t accidentally scratch or brush against the mic and startle your audience. Besides, it’s the place you hintuitively reach for in an emergency (rather than the top of the mic) – we tested it ourselves.
