Policy for adding opinions and reviews in the store
This policy for adding opinions and reviews in the store ("Review Policy") defines the rules and conditions for adding, verifying, and publishing product ratings and reviews in the endorfy.com online store. The review system is operated in cooperation with the external platform Judge.me, which helps collect and verify the authenticity of reviews.
The Seller publishes positive, neutral and negative reviews alike, provided they meet the requirements set out in this Policy. The number of stars awarded or the tone of the review does not affect the decision to publish or reject it.
In matters not regulated by the Review Policy, particularly concerning terms capitalized in the Review Policy, the endorfy.com Online Store Terms of Service shall apply.
I. How to add a rating or review?
Any Customer can add a rating or review for any product sold on the Store Website.
Product ratings and reviews in the Store are divided into two categories:
- verified purchase – from individuals who actually purchased the product in the Store;
- unverified purchase – from other individuals (e.g., added directly from the product page without system confirmation).
The Seller publishes both verified and unverified reviews. The "Verified buyer" badge is assigned exclusively to reviews for which the Judge.me system has confirmed that the product was purchased in the ENDORFY store. All other reviews are published as "unverified purchase", allowing users to distinguish between the two types.
The average rating on the product page (stars) is calculated based on all ratings given in the Store – from both verified and unverified purchases.
You can find the window for adding ratings or reviews on the specific product page and in a special email requesting a review sent after purchase.
You rate by selecting the appropriate number of stars on a five-point scale (where 1 star is the lowest rating and 5 stars is the highest). You can also optionally add photos or videos presenting the product.
You can only rate a purchased product from a single Order once.
The content of the review should pertain exclusively to the features and performance of the product itself, not to the transaction process, courier's work, or customer service (other contact channels are available for this). The review should contain no less than 20 characters.
II. How to delete or modify a review?
Due to system security measures against manipulation, you cannot directly and independently delete or modify a published review from the product page.
If you wish to make changes to a review you have posted, supplement it (e.g., with new impressions from using the equipment), or delete it entirely, please contact our support using the contact form.
In the email, you should indicate the product, the email address from which the review was added, and specify whether the review should be deleted or its content modified.
III. Rules for moderating, hiding, and blocking reviews
The Seller is committed to honest and substantive discussions about equipment. Submitted reviews must not violate:
- generally applicable laws;
- third-party rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights;
- personal rights of third parties or generally accepted principles of social coexistence.
Reviews deemed contrary to the Store's rules are those inconsistent with the functionality of the review system – i.e., reviews that are unsubstantive, off-topic, violate the privacy of third parties (containing phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses), and serve to promote or advertise other companies, including those containing links to external websites.
Violation of the terms of the Review Policy authorizes the Seller not to publish, hide, or block such reviews. Reviews that are rejected include those that:
- contain profanity, obscene, pornographic content, or incite hatred, racism, and xenophobia;
- contain content generally considered offensive and hateful;
- undermine the good name and reputation of other persons or companies, constitute an act of unfair competition;
- contain personal or contact details;
- are purely promotional or spam (caught, among others, by Judge.me's automatic anti-spam filters);
- do not concern the reviewed product (e.g., focus solely on a delivery problem).
In case of blocking or hiding a review, information about the reason for rejection may be sent to the Customer's email address. The Seller verifies reviews for compliance with the above rules.
IV. Copyright and license
By adding a review about a product (along with any photos or videos), the Customer grants the Seller a free, non-exclusive license, allowing the Seller to use the review within the scope of the Online Store's operations.
By adding photos or videos, the Customer declares that they hold the rights to use them and that their publication does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyright, image rights or personal rights.
This license specifically permits the storage of reviews in the Seller's IT resources (and on Judge.me's servers) without time and territorial limitations.
The Seller is also entitled to permanently or temporarily reproduce reviews by any technique and to disseminate and make them publicly available for the Seller's marketing activities (e.g., publishing the most interesting opinions on our social media profiles, in promotional materials for equipment, or in advertisements).
The license entitles the Seller to use reviews in whole or in part.
The Seller undertakes to use reviews with respect for the Customers' moral rights, including, in particular, attributing authorship of the review by using the name or nickname chosen by the Customer when adding the opinion.
Personal data related to the submission, publication and moderation of reviews are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
