At the end of August, the Viro Wireless and Viro Infra Wireless headphones were not on sale yet. At Gamescom 2026, though, partners, media, and creators could already get hands-on with them during meetings with ENDORFY. Those conversations were the foundation of our presence in Cologne this year.
Three days in the B2B area
From August 26 to 28, we were in the B2B Area in Hall 02.2. Our priority was the broader German-speaking market — DACH, meaning Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — so from the outset we treated Gamescom primarily as a venue for business meetings.
Over those three days, we held as many as 38 meetings. We spoke with business partners, customers, media, and creators. Our four-person team on site covered brand, sales, DACH trade marketing, and key account management.
The booth itself was 20 m², so we did not try to fit our entire portfolio into it. Instead, we selected the products we genuinely wanted to discuss and left the rest of the space for meetings.
Viro ahead of launch
The wireless headphones — Viro Wireless and Viro Infra Wireless — attracted the most attention. At Gamescom, we showed both models before launch, less than two weeks ahead of their official debut on September 10.
That meant that instead of talking about the upcoming headphones based on a presentation, we could show the finished product right away. One of the most frequently asked questions was very specific: when is the launch?
The booth also featured a PC built in a PC case, the Fishtank 6000 Corona. We showed it as part of a finished build — exactly the kind of environment it will later work in for the user.
We also brought the new ENDORFY Solum 2 series of microphones to Cologne: Solum 2 Core, Solum 2, and Solum 2 Pro. The line was developed from the ground up in collaboration with a German design studio, making Gamescom a natural place to introduce it more broadly in that market.
Hardware on the table says more
There is a lot you can discuss about hardware online, but being able to see a device up close is an invaluable advantage. You can handle it, test it, compare different models, see a finished setup, and move straight from the presentation to questions.
During Gamescom, we met with representatives from Geeknetic, TechnologyInsider, and KitGuru, among others, as well as creator Nilson1489.
“The most interesting things at trade shows often do not happen during the presentation, but a moment later, when the questions start coming. Those are exactly the kinds of conversations that show us how our portfolio is perceived locally and what really catches the attention of people working in a given market.”
— Mikołaj Palimąka, Brand Manager
That is knowledge you will not find in tables and presentations alone.
Next stop: Lisbon
Returning from the trade show is only the first stage of the conversations that started at the booth. After Gamescom, sales, marketing, and PR teams are continuing their follow-ups. We will share the results of those conversations in due course — if you want to stay up to date, follow our social media channels and visit the ENDORFY blog.
Another opportunity to meet is just around the corner. From November 9–12, ENDORFY will exhibit at Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon. The event brings together technology companies, startups, investors, media, and people working on what is happening in the industry right now — from AI and new business models to venture capital and technology policy.
After a Gamescom focused on the DACH market, this will be a completely different context and a much broader technology audience. We will share more about what we are bringing to Lisbon closer to the event.
